In stock items ship within 24-48 hours from when the order is received. If an item is on backorder you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. You could then choose to wait for your order or cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged.

Some items are directly shipped from are artists in the Artisan Gallery. In stock artisan items ship within 24-48 hours from when the order is received. If an item is especially being handcrafted for you we'll let you know when the item will be ready. Some Artisan Gallery items already have the shipping included in the price. NEW ITEMS
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the items price or you may choose to exchange the purchase. All clearance items are final sale with no refund. Contact must be made within 10 days of the delivery of your package to get the full refund of the item or items. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, therefore we do not refund shipping. Please allow 1 to 7 days for a reply. We appreciate your business and patience
VINTAGE & ANTIQUE ITEMS
All vintage and antique items are not returnable or cannot be exchanged. All sale and clearance items are final sale with no refund. Any item purchased in our TLC Sale Department is final sale with no refund.
If there is a legitimate reason for dispute please contact within 7 days of delivery of your purchase. (With the exception of all Intimates, Swimsuits, Personals, Clearance, As-Is, TLC and Final Sale Items. These cannot be refunded or exchanged). Tea Class Policy
Each class conducted is in an non-smoking enviroment. All classes are for adults (12 and up), unless otherwise stated. All tea classes are prepaid. Tea, sweets or savories are complimentary. Tea class fees are non-refundable. Please notify right away if you have to cancel. If you have to cancel, you may sign-up for a future class of the same fee as an exchange. If Tea At Home With Olivia cancels a class, you are entitled to a full refund. We'll personally notify you in time of any cancellation on our part.
Gift Certificates Policy
Gift certificates are non-refundable. You may select either paper gift certificates or electronic gift certificates. Never expires.
