In stock items ship within 24-48 hours from when the order is received. If an item is on backorder you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. You could then choose to wait for your order or cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged. If you choose to wait, your credit card will only be charged when the order is processed and ready to ship.
If you order from our Clearance Department your order will ship within 24-48 hours. Since, this department is an bargin and discontinued department, many items sell out fast. If you order from this department and the item is no longer available we'll notify you within 24 hours. You could then choose to cancel your order or go shopping again. If you choose to cancel your order your credit card will not be charged.
Antique and collectible items apply the standard shipping rate unless, in the description there is a specific shipping rate quoted.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the items price or you may choose to exchange the purchase. Contact must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your package to get the full refund. We'll be glad to assist you in any way we can. Thank you.

Contact must be made within 10 days of delivery of your purchase in order to receive a full refund. Class and Workshop Policy
Each class conducted is in an non-smoking enviroment. All classes are for adults (12 and up), unless otherwise stated. All classes are prepaid. Tea, sweets or savories are complimentary. Class fees are non-refundable. Please notify right away if you have to cancel. If you have to cancel, you may sign-up for a future class of the same fee as an exchange. If Tea At Home With Olivia cancels a class, you are entitled to a full refund. We'll personally notify you in time of any cancellation on our part.
Gift Certificates Policy
Gift certificates are non-refundable. You may select either paper gift certificates or electronic gift certificates. Never expires.
